Thanks dpeca, you're a saviour. I'm using Debian 10, and Chrome 92.0.4515.159. I removed some old extensions and cleared all the data for my panel's domain and now the login is working perfectly fine. I got around it by mounting my hdd raid array to /home/<user> instead

I added the /hdd/folder to open_basedir but it didn't help.
and find /home/user/ -type d -exec chmod 755 {} + gave an error for /conf folder
