How to upgrade PHP version from PHP 7.3 to PHP 8.2?

Fresh install of WordPress also does not show GRavatar.
I check with server provider and no ip was blocked. My thoughts was error in myvesta installation or something is missing.
Any idea?

I turned on always use https in cloudflare.
