Does this guide fit for NGINX+PHP-FPM setup? It downloads script for multiple php versions — as I understand, this doesn't support this web-server's config (only Apache+PHP). Why are you using Webmin with Myvesta?
mcrypt is a deprecated module; I don't know why Webmin is trying to install it.
