However, iptables in the myvesta portal (SERVER ==> iptables) is still greyed out.

Hello, I found the problem, there was an error in .htaccess I could see that when I checked the logs in WEB => domain name => view logs. I removed the error in .htaccess and now it seems to work. I am migrating my server to another server and all sites are moved.
Today I moved the mainsite (https://gobobby.be) and dns is already changed but on the new location I get "500 Internal server error".
That is on the new server, other websites are ok.
