How to add additional user account to the database?
Currently there is only one user created when we add a database via the control panel.
How do we add additional user to access that database?
So we can set different privilege and permission to each user for security purpose.

The DB user account created via control panel has some privileges that we need to remove and also add some permission that is not enabled.
