Is it possible to backup to an external resource? a remote ftp server or better a google drive account? It would be interesting to implement an elastic solution to be adapted to all environments.
Advice?

Re: moodle 3.9 slash arguments
unfortunately it doesn't work, my doubt is that selected a new template I have to start recompiling the configuration files, because I had the same problem with php and I modified the files here /etc/php/7.3/fpm/pool.d

Re: moodle 3.9 slash arguments
I disabled Nginx and ssl, modified moodle's config.php and logged me in, so the problem is with nginx.
I try to follow this https://docs.moodle.org/37/en/Nginx#Slasharguments and see if I can solve it by leaving nginx enabled
