I cant send e-mails but I can receive them. SMTP problems

When I use Roundcube, I am able to send and receive e-mails without a problem.

However, I am trying to use Thunderbird to read and send e-mails. When I use Thunderbird, I am able to receive e-mails perfectly fine. But I am not able to send any e-mails.

I am met with an error that says:

"Sending of the message failed.
The message could not be sent because the connection to Outgoing server (SMTP) cat.secretsaiyan.xyz timed out. Try again."

For the SMTP port, I am using 587. For SMTP security, I am using STARTTLS. For the auth method, I am using normal password.

Your 587 port is really closed.
Can you screenshot your Firewall page in myVesta?

Then your datacenter closed that port by default.
Try to contact them.
