mail goes to spam folder

send mail using mydomain.com/webmail

but mail goes to spam folder in Gmail

did you put correct reverse DNS (PTR) on your IP ?
Reverse DNS for your IP should be the same as hostname of your server.

what you see when click "Show original" (of that email) on gmail?
