subdomain how to create

i follow intruction in vestacp forum to create a subdomain for my site.
but it doesnt working when i use the intruction with myvestacp.

my subdomain still cant reach the subdomain.

possible reasons:
- domain is on CloudFlare, so you need to create A record for subdomain (and also A record for www.subdomain)
or
- you didn't checked "DNS" while you added subdomain
