Vesta Templets NGINX

So its been a while since I have worked with nginx configs, this free scout templet that I created that I never got to work quite right. (Attached)

The issue is with lets encrypt, the way I made it work before is set the templet to default then back to freescout after lets encrypt ran. I am not Shure exactly where to look so need a push toward my issue.
