update phpMyAdmin

Debian 10.13

i have phpMyAdmin 4.9.7 and i have some errors and this notification:
A newer version of phpMyAdmin is available and we recommend that you obtain it. The most recent version is 5.2.1, and has existed since 02-08-2023.

Is there a recommended way to do this?

If i make debian 12 upgrade this upgrade too?
