How to add Barracuda RBL check

In SSH, as root, run:

wget -nv -O /etc/spamassassin/barracuda.cf http://c.myvestacp.com/tools/spamassassin/barracuda.cf
systemctl restart spamassassin

I added Barracuda RBL check and I constantly get this message in exim mainlog. Should I worry?

SMTP command timeout on connection from ec2-54-69-74-212.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com (web1.bci.rzc.barracudacentral.org) [54.69.74.212]
