I cant send e-mails but I can receive them. SMTP problems

When I use Roundcube, I am able to send and receive e-mails without a problem.

However, I am trying to use Thunderbird to read and send e-mails. When I use Thunderbird, I am able to receive e-mails perfectly fine. But I am not able to send any e-mails.

I am met with an error that says:

"Sending of the message failed.
The message could not be sent because the connection to Outgoing server (SMTP) cat.secretsaiyan.xyz timed out. Try again."

For the SMTP port, I am using 587. For SMTP security, I am using STARTTLS. For the auth method, I am using normal password.

Please help. Thanks!

Your 587 port is really closed.
Can you screenshot your Firewall page in myVesta?

Then your datacenter closed that port by default.
Try to contact them.

Unable to send emails from Prestashop as well.
Both options of prestashop not working

1. Use /usr/sbin/sendmail
Error: Please check your configuration
Expected response code 220 but got an empty response

And
2. Using SMTP : SSl Port 465

Error is : Please check your configuration
Connection could not be established with host, :
stream_socket_client(): Peer certificate CN did not match expected CN

Encryption TLS :
Error: Please check your configuration
Unable to connect with TLS encryption

Is it a SSL Certificate Issue?

Trying stop fail2ban and it's working fine for me, I'm using WP with SMTP plugin.
