Is there any way like an internal script to set up Postgres on an already installed myVesta other than just pulling everything manually from the console?

Unfortunately, no.
The only way is to manually copy-paste PostgreSQL installation commands that you can find at https://github.com/myvesta/vesta/blob/m ... -debian.sh
