Apache is not installing

Apache is not installing. Even when I add "--apache yes --phpfpm no", PHP-FPM is installed but Apache is not. I tried it on Debian 11 and also on Debian 12, but the result is still the same. I want to install both Apache and Nginx. Can you help me
