this is team speak, as I understand it, it is put on myVesta without problems

If it is not using some port that vesta services use (21,22,80,110,143,443,465,587,993,995,8083), and if TS3 works on Debian... it will works with myVesta for sure.
Just open TS3 port in Firewall myvesta admin section.
