Is it normal when installing myVesta and running out of ssh access to the server?

I am not able to configure SSL on domains when it is added. Can you explain?

WEB -> YOURDOMEIN -> EDIT -> SSL Support -> Lets Encrypt Support -> Save

a free certificate from Lets Encrypt will be installed
