Fixed.
The problem was:

# v-add-web-domain-alias  'dirqis' 'dirqis.com' 'www.dirqis.com' 'no'
Error: WEB_ALIASES limit is reached :: upgrade user package

so I just altered number of allowed aliases from 1 to 2 in Package that account is using.

LetsEncrypt then went flawlessly.
