Issue with Remote Backup in the Backup System

Hi,
There is still an error in the backup system. When a remote server is configured and it is unreachable or if the login to the remote server fails, no backup is created at all. However, a local backup should at least be created. Please make sure to check this this time. I believe this issue also occurred with HestiaCP, but it was fixed there.
