in last few days I was been forced to upgrade Roundcube on 1.6.11 version, because server runs an outdated Roundcube version with a critical RCE vulnerability . Attackers can execute code just by being logged in. So, I was write script for updating to new version of roundcube. I'm asking admins for checking code and if is all good to share with other people can easy update webmail. I was push code to github repo https://github.com/simbe1/roundcube-upgrade
