Hello again

I have a wordpress site installed on myvestacp and style.css changes do not get affected instantly but after few days

Is this myvesta server issue ?And if yes what parameter should i change to get changes affected instantly?

Nope, it's not related to myVesta.
Maybe your site is behind CloudFlare or you are using some WordPress caching plugin.

It must be CloudFlare because i tried to delete cache from wordpress plugin but it didn't work.
What change i have to do on CloudFlare?

Cloudflare has it's own "Purge cache" button, see "Cache" tab
