Error 400

I have a dynamic ip address on my home server and before I could learn more about it and set up a ddns service the ip changed. Now I can't get access to my website and get error 400 when trying to set up a new one.
Can anyone help please.

You can't access the site or you can't install letsencrypt?
If first thing is a problem, well... login into myVesta as admin, in upper menu click "IP", add new IP, and then switch site to that IP (Web->yourdomain->Edit)
