Cannot ssh into user folder

I've just set up a domain under user 'admin' but when i am trying to ssh into the domains folder i'm getting permission denied. Just to clarify, i can access the user/web folder just not the actual domain?
I'm using a sudo user with root privileges so not sure if this as anything to do with it?

check folder permission, it should be 0751, owner should be admin?

I've checked this and the permissions are as you stated.

can you screenshot the moment you hit Permission denied?

can you screenshot parent folder (/web/) but just so i can see Permissions and Owner?

i never seen this.
you login with 'admin' user?

Yes i login with admin.... Not sure if this is any relevance but this is a clean install?

This SFTP, right?
I just tried to reproduce this on my test server, but without luck.
It is entering domain folder normally.
