change the server to a new server...

use server.domain.name as the hostname for the server

but unfortunately, if i go to domain.name, it is not working, it says err name not resolved.

any idea why, and because of this, the ssl is not working, give error 400

maybe you need to add 'ns1' and 'ns2' as A records to 'domain.name' DNS zone?
