2FA for email

Hi!
I would like to ask if there is a simple way to add 2FA to the mail server, weather that is from web interface or e-mail client.
The reason i'm asking is because my hetzner server is being hammered by attack bots, thankfully none has been successful yet but it is better to prevent than treat!
I would like that to be mandatory to all e-mail clients!
