How to change root email / sendmail notifications via gmail relay

Hi! I'm running a web hosting server myVesta without exim4 and dovecot / hostname: hosting.mydomain.com / Debian 11
I want to receive email notifications from Vesta routed via gmail smtp.
I've installed the sendmail and followed the sendmail configuration tutorial https://linuxconfig.org/configuring-gma ... mail-relay
Mails been delivered from the non-existing address like <[email protected]> to spam and treated as spoofed.
How to configure myVesta to send system warnings and notifications from the real email address?
