1044 - Access denied for user

Hallo,
When I am trying to restore a database from other server..to import it via phpmyadmin into myvestacp I am getting "1044 - Access denied for user"
I saw lot of solutions for vestacp on google but non of them worked
Maybe I can send you a database so you can try?
