Going to use myvestacp cp for hosting

i have some questions before selling hosting accounts for users

if i give ssh access to they accounts in myvestacp can they break the server ? like entering bad commands

what if someone use cracked plugins in they wordpress its bad for the other sites hosts ? and host bad virus code web effect other users ?
