How to change server

Hello, I am kinda new and i want your help. I have 2 seperated servers with vestacp (centos7), now its the time to move to myvesta what i have to do, i want also to implement cloudflare. I dont know how to reduce downtime and manage dns from cloudlfare for server hostname. Thanks in advance
