I used to use VestaCP some years ago, but switched to DirectAdmin for clients. My client base is growing and I am adding a second server, running myVesta cp. Because I use a separate, well configured mail server, I only installed the hosting (pretty much everything but the mail).
When creating users, their login information is not being mailed to them. Is there a way to configure myVesta cp to use an external SMTP server to send mails? I have already changed the DNS template for the mail server and SPF records to match, but the question is purely concerning myVesta related mails, such as updates, suspension notice, new user creation, etc.
The VPS provider does not allow for mails to be sent via PHP, and as such the mails aren't going out.
Configure myVesta CP to send mails via SMTP instead of php
