problem in installation debian 12

I tried to install myvestacp on debian 12, First of all I run "curl -O http://c.myvestacp.com/vst-install-debian.sh"
root@web:~# curl -O http://c.myvestacp.com/vst-install-debian.sh

Dload Upload Total Spent Left Speed

curl: (56) Recv failure: Connection reset by peer
Nothing downloded, so I add a s to http in link and changeded it to https, by this way file downloaded. in the next step i copyed and past :
sudo bash vst-install-debian.sh
the result was :
Updating apt, please wait...
it remains for an hour and nothing happend.
please, guide me
