Hello, moving vps

Hello guys, im a newbie with myvesta I have it installed now but I would like to switch to the other vps provider, I need help to know how to do it without risking to break anything.
1.So original vesta backup, what does it contain? Because its big in size like 20gb, so I bet it includes mysql databases, then what? Or whole VPS? But I doubt it can fit 50gb into 20.
2. How to backup from backup myvesta, do you restore backup from myvesta or you install something like /install.php?
3.Do I have to take manual tar of my vps + vesta backup?
4. What must be changed once moved to new server, domain pinting must be adjusted, then where else could be leftovers which would require a change?
