Vesta admin space does not update, cannot backup!?

I cannot backup because vesta think im using 40gb of space and it requires 80gb free space which I dont have, thing is, I moved and deleted most of the files and VPS is at 13gb usage now which vesta would require 2x amount like 26gbs.........BUT still thinking its taking space in server files and others, please help how to update admin space because I cannot backup...............Web is like at 2gbs now and user dirs more, but total server usage right now is 13gb............................
