Ok I have two problems.
1. After switching myvesta to another vps and new admin domain name. So now with new domain admin panel wont work, if I enter domain, I get domain name in window and powered by myvesta window ( for test I did same namecheap configuration and domain works perfectly, actually I set all identical stats like in new test vps with myvesta ) but still old domain does not want to pick up my domain, once I go domain/secret
I get my domain link and image 404 page not found. So I dont understand anything, Ive ran through this for 10 hours probably and cant figure where is problem.
2. My webmail is not working, any tutorials or something?

I don't understand your actions. Can you explain a little?
How did you set up the new domain at Namecheap? And what name servers do you use? Are you using IPv 4 or 6? With my domains at Namecheap I usually create advanced name servers with the domain name and add the new IP number of the new VPS to the advanced ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com using the same IP for the two name servers. Then at Namecheap I add the ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com under custom name servers for that domain so that it will point to the new IP number of the new VPS.
I don't know how one can switch myvesta to another VPS???? Surely you need to reinstall Myvesta from scratch on a new VPS? And when you do that, you will automatically use the new domain for the setup. I.e. I go to root of the VPS, then install Myvesta from scratch.
If I misunderstood what you did, have you tried to use the new IP of your new VPS to see whether it works?
