We have recently conducted a series of benchmarks comparing myVesta and cPanel + LiteSpeed as hosting panels for WordPress websites, using several popular themes (Astra, Elementor, Avada, Divi, WPBakery/Woodmart).

The tests included:
  • Time To First Byte (TTFB) measured from multiple global locations
  • Frontend performance (First Contentful Paint, Speed Index)
  • Load testing using k6.io (number of successful requests under stress)
All tests were performed on the same hardware and network, with default or typical configurations for both panels.

Key findings:
  • TTFB and frontend performance metrics were consistently lower (faster) on myVesta across all themes and locations.
  • During load testing, myVesta handled more successful requests per second than cPanel + LiteSpeed.
  • Results for both panels remained stable regardless of the WordPress theme's complexity.
Full methodology, raw data, and Jupyter Notebooks with charts are available in our GitHub repository - https://github.com/isscbta/myvesta-vs-cpanel-benchmark

Hope this data is useful for anyone comparing WordPress hosting options!

I've been away for a while and am currently updating all of my Websites, and was totally impressed with all of the modifications, particularly WordPress. I'm planning to dedicate today to catching up with myVesta posts in its Forum and have a feeling I'm going to discover more additions to what has already been an excellent Panel.

Well done to the team and many thanks. 8-)
